About the film

 

 

Swampland Dreams is an original film project conceived and directed by Minea Lindqvist Herwitz, a Finnish-American artist and filmmaker from San Francisco. The film tells the story of how a young woman’s self-discovery in breathtaking and exciting dreams begins to break the bonds imposed upon her by career, relationships, and the suffocating bubble of Finnish society.
